Guest House Tariff
The tariff is per person per night based on two sharing a room and is inclusive of full en-suite facilities, full Scottish breakfast, and all taxes. The tariff does not cover Christmas and New Year holidays. Double, twin and family rooms are available.

A deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night’s stay is payable when booking. Unfortunately, provisional bookings can not be taken.

Self Catering Tariff
The tariff includes electricity, linen, towels, and all taxes.

Weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday, except at Christmas and New Year.

Although our main tariff is for Saturday to Saturday stays, we can sometimes offer short breaks during the winter. The short break tariff is £50 per night for a minimum of two nights.

A deposit of £100 per week (or £50 for a short break) is payable when booking. Provisional bookings will be held for seven days.

Arrival
Both our guest house and self-catering accommodation will be available to guests from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.
