Blair Atholl is most famous for Blair Castle, the traditional home of the Dukes of Atholl and the Atholl Highlanders, Europe’s only remaining private army. In Blair Castle, some 30 rooms fully-furnished rooms are on display, as are the castle's wonderful gardens and planned historic landscapes.

Our village caters for all with a selection of shops and a choice of places to eat, including a 'chippie and pizza place', and a 'bothy' bar in our local friendly pub serving bar meals. By day, the Blair Atholl Water Mill (a real one!) serves a great range of coffees, teas and home-made fare. Pitlochry, just a short drive away, offers a wider range of eateries as well as busy high street shopping and a renowned festival repertory theatre.
